作为校长不但要熟悉学校整体管理,还要了解掌握其他各部门的工作,经过几年的工作实践,我感到当代年轻人喜欢为理想的光环激动、振奋、献身。又最容易受挫于现实乃至颓废、失望、逃避。如何教导学生懂得做人的基本原则,培养他们健康的心理,正确引导他们把自我纳入社会进步的大潮之中,我认为首先要了解学生的需求和心理,努力探索,做好学生的思想政治工作。下面我从两方面谈
As a principal, I not only have to be familiar with the overall management of the school, but also know how to master the work of other departments. After several years of practice, I feel that contemporary young people like to excite, inspire and dedicate themselves to the ideal aura. And the most vulnerable setbacks in reality and even decadent, disappointed, escape. How to teach students to understand the basic principle of being a human being and to cultivate their healthy psychology so as to guide them to integrate themselves into the tide of social progress?
