目的观察硝酸甘油注射液与含镁极化液治疗煤工尘肺合并心功能不全患者的疗效。方法采用静脉泵入硝酸甘油注射液与静脉滴注含镁极化液,观察其治疗煤工尘肺合并心功能不全的过程及疗效。结果 67例煤工尘肺合并心功能不全患者,显效52例、有效1 3例、无效2例,总有效率为97%。结论硝酸甘油注射液与含镁极化液联合应用,在治疗煤工尘肺合并心功能不全病例中均取得满意疗效,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of nitroglycerin injection and magnesium-containing solution on patients with pneumoconiosis and pneumoconiosis. Methods The intravenous injection of nitroglycerin injection and intravenous injection of magnesium polarization solution were used to observe the process and effect of treating coal worker pneumoconiosis complicated with cardiac insufficiency. Results 67 cases of pneumoconiosis patients with heart failure, markedly effective in 52 cases, effective in 13 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 97%. Conclusion The combination of nitroglycerin injection and magnesium-containing solution has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of patients with coal pneumoconiosis and cardiac insufficiency and is worthy of promotion.
