公安机关作为党和政府的一支具有武装性质的治安行政力量和刑事司法力量.担负着维护和谐社会持续稳定的重要使命。要更好地发挥公安机关在维护社会稳定工作中的主力军作用.必须保持共产党员先进性,从改革、发展、稳定的全局和政权建设的高度出发.把维护稳定作为第一政治要务.牢牢把握斗争主动权,以发展的眼光认识新情况、分析新问题.以发展的思路解决新矛盾、取得新突破,促进公安工作“五大机制”的建设。
As an armed administrative organ of public security and criminal justice forces, the public security organs, as the party and government, shoulder the important mission of safeguarding the sustainable and stable development of a harmonious society. We must give full play to the main force of the public security organs in maintaining social stability, and must maintain the advanced nature of party members and proceed from the height of reform, development and stability as well as the building of political power, with safeguarding stability as the number one political task. Firmly grasp the initiative in the struggle, recognize the new situation with the vision of development, analyze the new problems, solve the new conflicts with new ideas and make new breakthroughs, and promote the construction of the “five major mechanisms” in public security work.
