新特玉5号是新疆农科院粮食作物研究所选育出的早熟水果型超甜玉米新品种。该品种早熟性好,春播生育期(出苗至籽粒成熟,下同)100~105 d,鲜穗采收期84.5 d,复播生育期85~90 d,鲜穗采收期74.5 d。丰产性好,平均鲜穗产量943.32~1203.7 kg/667 m2。营养品质好,鲜籽粒粗蛋白含量13.12%,粗脂肪5.7%;甜度高,可溶性总糖含量40.73%,蔗糖35.43%。甜脆可口,可生食,皮薄渣少,综合性状优良。适宜南北疆春播、复播两茬种植,所需≥10℃有效积温2 000℃。
New special jade 5 is the Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Food Crops breeding of early maturing super sweet sweet corn varieties. The cultivars had good early maturity, 100 to 105 days in spring sowing period (maturity to grain ripening, the same below), 84.5 days in fresh ear harvest, 85-90 days in second-sowing and 74.5 days in fresh ear. High yield, average fresh ear yield 943.32 ~ 1203.7 kg / 667 m2. The nutrition quality is good. The crude protein content of fresh kernels is 13.12% and the crude fat is 5.7%. The sweetness is high, the total soluble sugar content is 40.73% and sucrose is 35.43%. Sweet and delicious, raw food, thin skin residue less, good overall traits. Suitable for spring and sowing in northern and southern Xinjiang, crop planting two plots, the required ≥ 10 ℃ effective accumulated temperature 2 000 ℃.
