据报道铍皮肤斑贴试验对铍中毒的诊断有应用价值。为观察其特异性,我们曾于1962—1965年对己脱离铍作业3—5年的部分工人进行铍皮肤斑贴试验,并以正常人作对照。现将铍斑贴试验结果分析整理如下,并就其应用价值作一探讨。 对象和方法 1.对象 观察组系曾接触铍1周至3年的铍冶炼工人74名(男30名,女44名)。对照组为无铍接触史的健康成年人共95名(男76名,女19名)。
It has been reported that the beryllium skin patch test has value in the diagnosis of beryllium poisoning. In order to observe its specificity, we conducted beryllium skin patch tests on some workers who had been away from beryllium for 3-5 years from 1962 to 1965 and compared them to normal controls. The beryllium patch test results are summarized as follows, and to explore its value. Subjects and methods 1. Subject observation group was contacted beryllium 1 to 3 years of beryllium smelters 74 (30 males, 44 females). In the control group, there were 95 healthy adults (76 males and 19 females) with no history of exposure to beryllium.
