“内强素质,外树形象”是当前公安部向全国公安机关提出的要求,也是做好新时期公安宣教工作的指导思想。 一“内强素质”的重点是提高个人的修养和心理素质 “内强素质”包括公安队伍建设,快速反应机制的建立,基层基础工作的完善等等内容,相对公安宣教工作的重点所在,应该是加强警察个人修养和必理素质的提高,全面推进职业道德建设。
