在《工业企业班组安全建设意见纲要》的指导下,秦皇岛市从1988年起在工交企业中开展“班组安全建设达标竞赛活动”。经过三年踏踏实实的工作,不断总结经验,完善班组科学化、规范化制度,推动了企业班组安全建设达标竞赛活动的发展。到1991年3月底,全市县(区)属以上工交企业的全部班组中,参加班组安全建设达标竞赛活动的班组已达92.3％,其中,安全达标合格班组达58.9％,安全优秀班组达17.1％。
Under the guidance of “Compendium of Opinions on the Safety Construction of Industrial Enterprises and Teams,” Qinhuangdao City has been conducting “team-safe construction compliance competitions” among industrial enterprises since 1988. After three years of down-to-earth work, and constantly sum up experience and improve the team of scientific and standardized system, and promote the safety of enterprise team competition standard development activities. By the end of March 1991, 92.3% of all the teams in the city (counties) belonging to the above-mentioned industrial and commercial enterprises had reached 92.3% of the competitions in compliance with safety standards of construction teams, among which 58.9% were in compliance with safety standards and 17.1% were in safety- .
