In this paper, we studied the respiratory characteristics and pathological changes of ethylenediamine on the respiratory tract of guinea pigs. Forty guinea pigs were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight, with 10 in each group. The measured concentrations of ethylenediamine inhalation in three experimental groups were 190, 1191 and 2846 mg / m ~ 3, respectively. Inhalation time is 2 hours.
