本文根据盐酸副玫瑰苯胺比色法测定空气中二氧化硫的反应原理,结合流动注射分析技术开发了流动注射-比色法。由于省略了精确加入试剂、混匀以及放置等分析步骤从而提高了分析速度,可达到90样/h。用均匀设计法优选了实验条件,并进行了实验。结果是回收率99.0~103.2%;相对标准偏差0.9%;最小检测浓度1μg/ml。测定结果与法定方法相比无显著差异。
In this paper, according to the principle of pararosaniline hydrochloric acid colorimetric determination of sulfur dioxide in the air, flow injection - colorimetric method was developed in combination with flow injection analysis. Due to the omission of precise addition of reagents, mixing and placing and other analytical steps to improve the analysis speed, up to 90 samples / h. The uniform design method was used to optimize the experimental conditions and experiments were carried out. The results were 99.0 ~ 103.2% recovery; relative standard deviation of 0.9%; minimum detection concentration of 1μg / ml.
