在举国上下紧跟华主席为首的党中央的战略部署,全面贯彻落实抓纲治国的四项战斗任务的大好形势下,我们满怀激情参加了全国林业会议,受到党中央、国务院领导同志的亲切接见,听了李先念、陈永贵副总理的重要指示和梁昌武副部长的讲话,受到了深刻的教育、巨大的鼓舞。我们坚决落实大会提出的战斗任务,在各级党委领导下,坚持以阶级斗争为纲,深揭猛批“四人帮”,深入开展学大寨、学大庆运动,抓革命,促生产,大治快上,尽快地建成大寨式林场、苗圃。为此,我们向全国兄弟场、圃提出以下倡议:
