本文提出并评价了一个新的极简单的公式,可用来计算直接喷射式柴油机压缩过程中在圆柱形燃烧室内所产生的空气涡流比。进一步还研究了直喷式柴油机燃烧室中空气的流动过程。介绍了随时间变化的瞬时比能量(图2),总比能量(图3),气流流过燃烧室喉口的平均速度,平均比能速度(图5)以及径向气流的比质量流量(图4)的定义和计算方法。通过应用相似定律,所有结果都可用到不同尺寸,不同燃烧室设计的发动机上。假如两室之间的压力差不加考虑的话,气流流入燃烧室喉口所得的结果也适用于空气流过分隔式燃烧室联接通道时的情况。
This paper presents and assesses a new, very simple formula that can be used to calculate the air swirl ratio generated in a cylindrical combustor during compression of a direct injection diesel engine. If the pressure difference between the two chambers is not taken into account, the result of the airflow flowing into the throat of the combustion chamber also applies to the situation when the air flows through the split combustion chamber coupling channel.
