患者男,55岁,主因全身浮肿2年,皮肤变黑、汗毛增多4个月,于1990年11月21日入院。两年前无明显原因,出现全身浮肿,下肢尤甚,尿少,血压19/12kPa,尿蛋白(++),颗粒管型4～5/HP,血尿素氮21mmol/L。在当地按“慢性肾炎、尿毒症”治疗,尿常规、尿素氮恢复正常。4个月前出现腹水,皮肤发黑、粗糙、多毛,乳房疼痛胀大,四肢末梢皮肤麻木,有蚁走感。性功能明显减退。病程中有不规则
