本文介绍用地高辛抗体治疗洋地黄中毒。抗体制备:将与牛血清白蛋白结合的地高辛和福氏完全佐剂免疫家兔,6~30周后采血得地高辛抗体,效价为稀释750倍的原血清1ml 可结合 H~3—地高辛43.5μg 的50%。疗效:实验狗25只分3组。对照组12只狗,给地高辛0.16mg/kg 后心电图出现各种异常节律,并持续30分钟以上未能自然转复。第1组8只狗,地高辛剂量同上,在心律不齐发生30分钟后给以地高辛抗体,全部复律,游离地高辛血浓度比对照组明显降低但总地高辛浓度无差异。第2组5只狗,给地高辛后30分钟即给以地高辛抗体,也全部复律,所需时间比第1组短,总地高辛浓度上升,游离地高辛浓度则急剧下降。心肌内各部位地高辛浓度,对照组,第1组及第2组有逐渐下降的倾向,特别是对照组与第2组间有
