机电排灌工程一般建于上世纪六七十年代,由于当时的技术限制,存在运行效率低下、装机规模小、设计标准低、设备老化以及电能损耗量较大等方面的缺陷。这些缺陷严重阻碍了当地农业经济的发展步伐。因此,结合当前机电排灌站存在的问题,对排灌站电气技术进行一定的改造,实施科学管控,以提高排灌站的工作效率。
Mechanical and electrical irrigation and drainage projects are generally built in the sixties and seventies of last century, due to the technical limitations at the time, there are shortcomings of low operating efficiency, small installed capacity, low design standards, equipment aging and large power loss. These defects have seriously hindered the pace of development of the local agricultural economy. Therefore, in light of the existing problems of mechanical and electrical irrigation and drainage stations, certain modifications have been made to the electrical technology of irrigation and drainage stations to implement scientific control so as to enhance the work efficiency of the irrigation and drainage stations.
