我厂有很多零件需进行孔加工,先用麻花钻钻孔,再用扁钻锪孔(见图1),使达到规定尺寸和(?)(?)4光洁度。由于工件内孔尺寸要求—定,所以扁钻的一次耐用性就十分重要。我厂扁钻刃部用P18高速钢,柄部用46号碳素钢对焊而成。原来采用一般热处理规程处理,使用寿命很低,后增加固体氰化处理,耐用性有所提高,但仍不够理想。后来将扁钻进行了硫氰共渗处理,得到较好效果,现介绍如下:
There are many parts of our factory that need to be machined. First, drill with a twist drill, and then drill a flat hole (see Figure 1) to achieve the specified size and (?) (?) 4 finish. The original heat treatment procedures used to deal with the life is very low, after the increase of solid cyanide treatment, durability has improved, but still not ideal.
