目的了解季节因素对医疗机构空气消毒效果的影响,以利于指导日常院内感染管理工作。方法对固定医院统计3年内空气监测结果,进行分析。结果 2008年和2010年医疗机构6-9月空气监测合格率显著低于3-5月(P<0.01),其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境6-9月空气监测合格率均显著低于3-5月(P<0.01)。结论季节因素对医疗机构空气消毒效果有影响,6-9月应加强空气消毒质量的管理,尤其要加强对Ⅱ类环境的消毒隔离措施的落实情况。
Objective To understand the influence of seasonal factors on the air disinfection of medical institutions in order to facilitate the guidance of daily nosocomial infection management. Methods The fixed hospital statistics 3 years of air monitoring results were analyzed. Results The qualified rate of air monitoring in medical institutions from June to September in 2008 and 2010 was significantly lower than that in March to May (P <0.01), and the qualified rates of air monitoring in June to September in category II and III were all significantly lower than 3-5 Month (P <0.01). Conclusions Seasonal factors have an impact on the air disinfection effect of medical institutions. From June to September, the management of air disinfection quality should be strengthened. In particular, the implementation of disinfection and isolation measures for Class II environment should be strengthened.
