一度,科学人才观成为人们津津乐道的热门话题。至今,人们对其内涵及意义,耳熟能详。然而人们对时下科学人才观的落实状况,反应并不乐观。尽管评说各异,但议论的核心还是机制问题。落实科学人才观,实施人才强国战略,要有相应的人才机制为之“保驾护航”。 树立科学的人才观,实质是按照其内涵和要求,培养、选拔、引进和使用好人才,以加快实现人才强国战略目标。
