循环流化床锅炉技术是近些年来逐步发展起来的一项高效节能、环保清洁的燃烧技术,并在电站锅炉、工业锅炉和废弃物处理利用等领域已得到广泛的应用,逐步向大型循环流化床锅炉发展。DCS系统作为一种以微处理器为基础,采用控制功能的仪表控制系统,在循环流化床锅炉系统中得以有效应用。本文从循环流化床锅炉的基本特点出发,介绍了DCS系统的原理以及特点,并讨论了DCS在循环流化床锅炉系统中的控制应用。
Circulating fluidized bed boiler technology is a highly efficient energy-saving, environment-friendly and clean combustion technology that has been gradually developed in recent years. It has been widely used in the fields of power plant boilers, industrial boilers and waste treatment and utilization, and gradually applied to large-scale circulating fluid Bed boiler development. DCS system as a microprocessor-based instrument control system with control functions, in the circulating fluidized bed boiler system to be effectively applied. Based on the basic characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler, this paper introduces the principle and characteristics of DCS system and discusses the DCS application in circulating fluidized bed boiler system.
