采用独立开发的组合坐标网格体系、强非均匀的交错网格划分及交错计算的数值计算方法,对具有复杂结构的燃烧器喷嘴及其四角射流切圆燃烧的大型锅炉炉膛的三维流场特性进行了详细计算,较好地解决了在所有计算区域由于合速度方向与网格线方向之间有较大夹角而产生的伪扩散问题,同时与工业性试验的结果相对照,证明了该数值模拟方法可以较准确地反映实际炉内燃烧区域的流场特征,较好地实现了近流线的数值计算。
A three-dimensional flow field characteristic of a combustor nozzle with a complex structure and a large-size boiler furnace with tangentially fired four-corner jets is studied by using an independently developed combined coordinate grid system, a strong nonuniform staggered grid and a staggered calculation method. A detailed calculation has been carried out to solve the problem of spurious diffusion in all the calculation areas due to the large angle between the direction of combined velocity and the direction of grid lines. In contrast with the results of industrial tests, The numerical simulation method can accurately reflect the characteristics of the flow field in the actual combustion area of the furnace, and well realize the numerical calculation of the near-flow line.
