低碳城市规划作为我国低碳城市发展的关键技术之一,其编制与实施方面还存在很多的问题与空白。把低碳作为一种生活态度,通过城市空间规划的改变来引导人们生活态度的转变,是城市规划基于人性化考虑的集中体现。为探求低碳城市空间规划新模式,本文根据低碳城市的特征、依据低碳城市规划原则,并遵循低碳城市规划策略,结合实例,提出一种易于实现低碳目标的城市空间布局模式。同时提出城市交通与土地利用的解决方案,以及规划条件控制的具体措施。
As one of the key technologies for the development of low-carbon cities in China, low-carbon city planning still has many problems and gaps in its compilation and implementation. Low-carbon as a way of life, through the changes in urban spatial planning to guide people’s attitude to life changes, urban planning is based on human considerations focused on the embodiment. In order to explore a new mode of low-carbon urban spatial planning, this paper proposes an urban spatial layout model that is easy to achieve low-carbon targets according to the characteristics of low-carbon cities, low-carbon urban planning principles and low-carbon urban planning strategies. At the same time put forward the solution of urban traffic and land use, as well as the specific measures to control the planning conditions.
