目的研究冷空气活动过程对影响心脑血管疾病发病的3项敏感指标的影响。方法选择气温变化较大、空气清洁的甘肃省张掖市作为研究地点,选择监测点附近的40~70岁心脑血管患者(病例组30人)和健康人(对照组40人)作为研究对象,分别于冷空气过境前、过境时和过境后测定血清肌红蛋白、心肌肌钙蛋白I和血管内皮素-1。结果冷空气过境时,病例组肌红蛋白、血管内皮素-1及对照组3项生化指标均出现了不同程度的升高;过境后对照组和病例组肌红蛋白和心肌肌钙蛋白I继续升高,但血管内皮素-1则出现回落并低于过境前水平。经Logistic多元回归分析,在冷空气活动影响心脑血管疾病的过程中,血管内皮素-1协变量有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷空气活动对正常人和心脑血管患者的上述3项相关敏感指标均有不同程度的影响,血管内皮素-1在冷空气活动影响心脑血管疾病发生中可能起到一定作用。
Objective To study the influence of cold air activity on three sensitive indexes that affect the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Zhangye city of Gansu Province with large temperature change and clean air was selected as the study site. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients aged 40-70 years (30 cases) and healthy people (40 cases of control group) Serum myoglobin, cardiac troponin I and endothelin-1 were measured before cold air transit, during transit and after transit. Results In the cold air transit, the biochemical indexes of myoglobin, endothelin-1 and control group in the case group all increased to some extent. After the transit, the myoglobin and cardiac troponin I in the control group and the case group continued Increased, but endothelin-1 appeared to fall back below the pre-transit level. Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the endothelin-1 covariates had statistical significance (P <0.05) in the process of cold air activities affecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusions Cold air activity may affect the above three sensitive indexes in normal subjects and cardiovascular patients to varying degrees. Endothelin - 1 may play a role in the occurrence of cold air activity affecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
