Introduction In scientific research, it is sometimes useful to review someone’s activities from a new and unusual point of view. For example, we can imagine an astronomer from a highly civilized society on another planet who visited Earth; and he also had the mission of reporting to his leaders on the state of science on Earth. I think his report must contain all kinds of tone. He will certainly report with great enthusiasm and praise the efforts we have made in investigating and studying the things around us. For example: In a certain area, we try our best to make use of the technological capabilities to get our spacecraft off the earth to examine the solar system and beyond.
