本文结合GHT公司的运营需要,探讨公司现行薪酬管理方案存在的问题及成因,提出改进方案设计,从完善定员目标与工资总额挂钩的机制、设计员工薪酬分配体制与薪酬总额增长的机制、完善薪酬制度等思路切入,提出运用7个岗位评价因素、7个薪等评价因素、建立社会经济数据联动机制、建立薪酬动态发放机制、设计绩效考评体系等改进办法。
Based on the operational needs of GHT Company, this paper discusses the problems and causes of the current compensation management plan of the company, puts forward some proposals to improve the design of the compensation plan, such as improving the mechanism of linking the target and the total wage, designing the salary distribution system and the total salary growth mechanism, System and other ideas into the proposed use of seven job evaluation factors, seven salary evaluation factors, the establishment of social and economic data linkage mechanism, the establishment of payroll dynamic payment mechanism, design performance evaluation system and other improvements.
