我厂二车间磨床组利用M1432A万能外圆磨床用过的废砂轮在M7130平面磨床上再次使用、节约了砂轮材料,提高了经济效益。 M1432A万能外圆磨床所用的砂轮规格是:φ_外400×50×φ_内203,以往砂轮用到φ_外350,最多用到φ_外330就不能用了,因为线速度减小,影响工件的加工质量,故只好当废品处理。而平面磨床所用的砂轮是φ_外350×40×φ_内125,所以在平面磨床上用M1432A万能外圆磨床上用过的废砂轮,相当于用新砂轮,一块砂轮可当作两块使用。但由于两种机床所用的法兰规格不同,故在使用
