目的运用质量管理工具,提升工作人员发现问题解决问题的能力,降低消毒供应中心灭菌包湿包发生率,以提高灭菌物品合格率。方法利用质量管理工具,查找湿包发生的原因,制定对策并进行改善。结果通过一系列的改善活动,包内湿包率由18%降至5%;包外湿包率由0.95%降至0.259%。结论通过质量管理工具的运用,不但大大降低了湿包发生率,更提升了工作人员的业务能力,保障了消毒供应中心的工作质量。
Objective To improve the ability of staff to find problems to solve problems by using quality management tools and to reduce the incidence of sterilization packs in sterilization supply centers to improve the pass rate of sterilization articles. Methods Use quality management tools to find out the causes of wet packs, develop strategies and improve them. Results Through a series of improvement activities, the wet pack rate decreased from 18% to 5%, while the outer wet pack rate decreased from 0.95% to 0.259%. Conclusion Through the use of quality management tools, not only greatly reduce the incidence of wet bags, but also enhance the operational capacity of staff and protect the quality of the work of disinfection supply center.
