在学校教学的过程中,班级是最基本的教学单位,即以班级为单位,对学生进行管理教育,班主任,就是这个单位的组织者、管理者。学生未来的发展与班主任的管理工作是相辅相成,息息相关的。另外,小学生还处于天真烂漫的年纪,无论是心理还是身体都还处于生长发展阶段,对于他们来说,班主任在他们的心中是非常重要的。因此,作为班主任的小学老师,管理工作能力的高低将会直接影响到班级发展,小学生们健康成长。也就意味着班主任要促进班级的进步需要做好自己的管理工作。
