新一轮义务教育课程改革是我国基础教育的重大革命,是对“应试教育”课程体系的彻底重建。自课程改革启动以来,一种富有民主、科学、开放、创新的新文化气息逐渐弥散于义务教育的各个领域。全面发展的人才观、终身发展的育人观深得人心,绝大多数教育者都不遗余力地准确把握自己在课堂教学的定位,由知识的传播者转变为学生知识体系的建构者和学生自主学习的引导者;由教学管理者转变为师生互动的协调者和学生学习的合作者。
