每一个孩子,都是一个独立的个体,都有其不同于他人的独特之处。优秀的孩子,需要我们细心呵护,让他们永远保持良好的健康成长的态势。差点的孩子,存在缺点甚至缺陷的孩子,他们需要更多的阳光雨露来不断滋润他们稚嫩的心田。加德纳教授的多元智能理论告诉人们,每个人都是有差异的个体,每一个“差生”“问题学生”都可以通过教育走向成功。我从自己的教学经验出发来阐述学生个体教育的可行性,以此给教育工作者带来点滴启示。
Each child, is an independent individual, has its unique characteristics different from others. Outstanding children, we need careful care, so that they always maintain a good healthy growth situation. Almost children, children with shortcomings or shortcomings, they need more sun and rain to constantly moisturize their tender heart. Professor Gardiner’s theory of multiple intelligences tells people that everyone is a differentiated individual and that every student who is poor learner can go to school through education. I set out from my own teaching experience to illustrate the feasibility of individual education for students, in order to give educators some inspiration.
