本文采用Simpson定量溶血分光光度法检测了DMF对小鼠初次体液免疫及二次体液免疫反应的影响,同时以同位素掺入法研究TDMF在体外对LPS诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖的作用。结果显示,以27~432mg/kg DMF给昆明种小鼠皮下注射,可引起初次体液免疫的明显增强,对二次体液免疫呈低剂量增强、高剂量抑制的双相反应。体外试验表明,在10~15m molDMF存在下,LPS诱导的C_(57)BL/6J小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖受到明显抑制,提示小鼠体液免疫受到一定的影响。
In this paper, Simpson quantitative haemolysis spectrophotometric method was used to detect the effect of DMF on the initial humoral and secondary humoral immune response in mice. At the same time, the effect of TDMF on LPS-induced splenic lymphocyte proliferation was investigated by isotope incorporation method. The results showed that subcutaneously injection of Kunming mice with 27 ~ 432mg / kg DMF could significantly increase the initial humoral immunity, and the two humoral immunity showed a biphasic response with low dose and high dose inhibition. In vitro experiments showed that the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes induced by LPS in C57BL / 6J mice was significantly inhibited in the presence of 10 ~ 15 m molDMF, suggesting humoral immunity in mice was affected to a certain extent.
