目前,大部分高等职业院校实行第一、第二学年在校进行理论和实践知识的学习和技能的培训,第三学年在企业进行毕业顶岗实习的人才培养方式。这种方式对学生的迅速成长、学生与企业的快速磨合无疑是很有帮助的,但是也存在许多问题。为此,通过对具体的运做过程中出现的问题加以分析解决,既可以使毕业顶岗位实习步入正轨,又可以使高职教育健康茁壮地发展,同时,还可以为我院今后学生毕业顶岗实习的有效管理提供第一手材料。
