二年来收治敌杀死(溴氰菊酯)急性中毒10例,9例治愈出院。现将死亡的1例报道如下。患者,男性,38岁。口服2.5%乳剂敌杀死70ml,1小时后入院。检查,神志恍惚,双侧瞳孔0.3cm,呼吸每分20次,双肺无干湿鸣,心率每分72次,律齐,无病理性杂音。给予洗胃、输液、维生素 C 等治疗。入院后3小时(输液速度为每分40滴,液体入量约600ml。)患者出现烦躁、呼吸困难、紫绀、神志不清、口鼻溢出粉红色泡沫液,
