报道1960～1985年间150例产后出血患者,其发生率为1.01％。对产后出血有关因素及其直接原因进行了分析,其中因胎盘因素而引起的产后出血％构成大于其它文献报道;对产后出血的预防及人工剥离胎盘的适应症等进行了分析和讨论。
Reported 150 cases of postpartum hemorrhage between 1960 and 1985, the incidence was 1.01%. The factors related to postpartum hemorrhage and its direct causes were analyzed. The percentage of postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta was more than that in other literatures. The prevention of postpartum hemorrhage and the indications of artificial exfoliated placenta were analyzed and discussed.
