介绍了我国首台采掘机器人—机器人化自动钻机。本课题采用机器人技术将国产MYZ—150深孔钻机改造为机器人钻机,其中包括改造钻机的机械与液压系统,增加了机械手和装、拆钻杆的机构,装备了计算机系统、工业电视系统和传感器,使工作人员在千米之外对钻机进行远距离操作,接装、拆卸钻杆以及钻孔作业都可自动进行。井下工业试验已获成功。
Introduced China’s first mining robots - robotic automatic drilling machine. This project uses robotic technology to transform the domestic MYZ-150 deep-hole drilling machine into a robotic drilling machine, which includes mechanical and hydraulic systems for drilling rigs, mechanisms for adding robots, loading and unloading drill rods, computer systems, industrial television systems and sensors, So that staff at a distance of kilometers away from the drilling rig, tipping, removal of drill pipe and drilling operations can be carried out automatically.
