本工作根据φ250mm×5+φ300mm×1半连续小型轧机力能参数、动态速降与成品尺寸分布的测试资料,着重对产品精度进行了统计分析,明确了“大头—大尾”以及成品尺寸沿长度上高频率波动的形成机理,应用电流记忆法估算了K_2—K_1机架间的张力水平;指出欲进一步提高产品精度、稳定连轧过程,必须开发型钢连轧的微张力控制技术。
According to the testing data of the power parameters, dynamic speed drop and finished product size distribution of the φ250mm × 5 + φ300mm × 1 semi-continuous mini mill, this work focuses on the statistical analysis of the product precision, and defines the “big head - big tail” and the size of the finished product The formation mechanism of high frequency fluctuation in length was estimated. The current memory method was used to estimate the tension level between K_2 and K_1 racks. The paper also pointed out that to further improve the product accuracy and stabilize the continuous rolling process, it is necessary to develop the micro tension control technology of the continuous rolling mill.
