福建省自1981年恢复水土保持机构以来,认真落实水土保持方针,强调以防为主、防治并重,在全省范围内建立了309个不同类型的防治示范点,初步完成512万亩的治理任务。在防治工作中,水土保持技术人员与广大群众紧密结合,不仅有效地治理了一批水土流失严重区,而且在实践中大胆探索,闯出了治理水土流失的新路子。
Since the restoration of water and soil conservation agencies in 1981, Fujian Province has earnestly implemented the principle of water and soil conservation, emphasizing prevention as the mainstay and equal emphasis on prevention and treatment. Fujian Province has set up 309 different types of prevention and treatment demonstration sites within the scope of the province and initially completed the control tasks of 512 mu . In the prevention and control work, the technical personnel of soil and water conservancy are closely integrated with the broad masses of the people, not only effectively controlling a number of serious areas with soil and water loss, but also boldly exploring in practice and finding new ways to control soil and water loss.
