壁温的精确测量,是两相流动与传热研究中的关键问题之一。本文根据沸腾汽/液两相流动的具体特点,特别是当实验段倾斜各种角度放置时,同一流动截面内的流型不再相对轴线呈概率对称分布的特点,采用数据采集与处理系统,对沿程120对(40×3)热电偶,实施自动采集。实际测量结果表明,本套数据采集与处理系统,具有良好的抗干扰能力;对汽泡破裂而产生的两相流动不稳定性研究,是有效的测量方法。
The accurate measurement of wall temperature is one of the key issues in the study of two-phase flow and heat transfer. In this paper, according to the specific characteristics of boiling vapor / liquid two-phase flow, especially when the experimental section is inclined at various angles, the flow pattern in the same flow section is no longer symmetrical distribution with respect to the axis. Using data acquisition and processing system, On the 120 pairs of (40 × 3) thermocouple, the implementation of automatic acquisition. The actual measurement results show that this set of data acquisition and processing system has a good anti-interference ability; and the research on the instability of two-phase flow caused by the rupture of the bubble is an effective measurement method.
