Human monoclonal antibodies (HuMAbs) have been prepared using tumor patient’s lymphocytes for anti-tumor associated antigens. However, tumor patients have a few tumor-specific B lymphocytes. The aim of this paper is to increase the amount of HuMAbs that produce a response to colon cancer. The authors sought to determine the optimal conditions for IVI using an in vitro immunization protocol (IVI) and a combination of lymphocytes from patients with cancer and to detect the presence of lymph node status on tumor-reactive human crossbreds The impact of tumor production. Authors were treated with human lymphoblasts with lymphocytes (treated with IVI or no IVI regimen) in local lymph nodes from colon cancer patients
