资源和林政管理司于1989年2月20日至3月10日在长沙市林业部中南调查规划院举办了《全国森林资源监测数学模型预测方法研讨班》,参加研讨班的有林业部各直属调查规划院、有关省林业厅、林业勘察设计院电算及资源调查技术负责人以及北京林业大学董乃钧教授等廿余人。湖南省林业厅对研讨班十分重视,李正柯总工特地到会看望大家並讲了话。研讨班主要进行了四项工作:
The Ministry of Resources and Forestry Administration held the Seminar on the Prediction Methods of National Mathematical Models of Forest Resources Monitoring at the Zhongnan Investigation and Planning Institute of Changsha Ministry of Forestry from February 20 to March 10, 1989. The seminar was attended by the departments directly under the Ministry of Forestry Surveying and Planning Institute, the provincial Forestry Department, forestry survey and Design Institute of computing and resource investigation technology leader and Beijing Forestry University, Professor Dong Naijun more than 20 people.
