以忻州“大干城建年”城区道路旧沥青路面冷再生工程为研究对象,在室内试验研究的基础上,确定最佳水泥用量及混合料配合比方案;并结合实际工程,介绍旧沥青路面水泥冷再生技术的施工工艺,评述了施工质量控制指标;同时对冷再生技术所带来的经济效益、社会效益进行分析。结果表明,旧沥青路面铣刨料冷再生技术是一项切实可行、有广阔前景的技术,对忻州市乃至山西省城市建设中旧沥青路面回收利用提供了良好的示范。
Taking the cold regeneration project of old asphalt pavement of urban road in Xinzhou “Dagangcheng City ” as the research object, based on the laboratory experiment and research, the optimal cement dosage and mix proportion scheme are determined; and with the actual project, the introduction of old asphalt Pavement cement cold regeneration technology of construction technology, review of the construction quality control indicators; at the same time brought about by the cold regeneration technology, economic benefits, social benefits. The result shows that the cold recycling technology of the old asphalt pavement milling material is a feasible and promising technology and provides a good demonstration of the recycling of old asphalt pavement in the urban construction of Xinzhou City and Shanxi Province.
