近年来,素有“广东样本”之称的广东“三驾马车”中学地理培训模式成效显著,但也存在师资培训分层不够细化、培训内容与教学实际脱节、重教学技能轻学科理论、培训运作监控力度不够、地市教研员行政化倾向等实践问题。建立完善的培训后续跟踪机制,侧重于中学地理教师的专业化发展,并将培训对象逐步向农村倾斜,将有助于化解这些不足。
