指出了现有的金属胶接接头剥离力学模型的局限性和不足。用应变片电测法实测了剥离过程中刚性金属被粘物沿试样长度方向上的应变,结果表明胶层中受到了分布较宽的拉伸应力的作用,根据实验结果提出了金属胶接接头在剥离中胶层内应力分布的修正模型。
The limitations and deficiencies of the existing mechanical peel mechanics model are pointed out. Strain gauges were used to measure the strain of the rigid metal adherend along the length of the specimen during the peeling process.
