激励,始终是思想政治工作和管理活动的核心职能。合理、有效的激励是提高企业管理效益、促进企业管理内部优化、实现效益目标的内在驱动力。激励的方法、内容和模式只有与时俱进,随着对象、环境和形势的变化而变化,才能持续有效地发挥积极推动作用。在我国已经进入全面建设小康社会,绝大多数人的温饱问题已基本解决的情况下,人们的心理和精神需求凸显与迫切起来,其内容与形式也发生了很大变化。认真把握和顺应这些变化,使企业的精神激励工作更有效地调动员工的积极性,从而使企业发展获得不竭的动力,是企业的领导者需要下大力气研究解决的问题。
