一、建立相互倾听的关系1.做一个善于倾听的教师。教师应该认真地听取每个学生的发言并做出敏捷的回应,应能慎重地选用每个学生都能理解的词语讲话。这样学生之间才会开始互相倾听,才能在教室里形成仔细倾听别人的讲话、互相交换意见的习惯。我们来看一组镜头:
