目的观察心脑血管疾病患者外周血氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)浓度与血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)活性的关系。方法入选冠心病、脑血管意外、心律失常或高血压住院患者24例,其中动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者12例,单纯心律失常(或高血压)患者12例,入院后采取所有患者外周血,经ELISA方法检测血清ox-LDL浓度,紫外法测定ACE活性。观察外周血ox-LDL浓度或ACE活性变化,分析两者相关性。结果动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者外周血ox-LDL浓度和ACE活性均高于单纯心律失常(或高血压)患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);人外周血ox-LDL浓度与ACE活性呈显著正相关。结论动脉粥样硬化负荷重的患者外周血ox-LDL浓度与ACE活性升高,且外周血ox-LDL浓度与ACE活性呈正相关,oxLDL可能具有增强ACE活性的作用,值得进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Twenty-four inpatients with coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular accident, arrhythmia or hypertension were enrolled. Among them, 12 were patients with atherosclerotic disease and 12 were patients with simple cardiac arrhythmia (or hypertension). All patients received peripheral blood, Serum ox-LDL concentration was measured by ELISA and ACE activity was measured by UV. Observe the changes of ox-LDL concentration or ACE activity in peripheral blood and analyze their correlation. Results The levels of ox-LDL and ACE activity in peripheral blood of patients with atherosclerotic disease were higher than those of patients with simple cardiac arrhythmia (or hypertension), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Activity was significantly positive correlation. Conclusions There is a positive correlation between ox-LDL concentration and ACE activity in peripheral blood of patients with atherosclerosis overload. The concentration of ox-LDL in peripheral blood is positively correlated with ACE activity. OxLDL may have the effect of increasing ACE activity, which deserves further study.
