目的探讨丙戊酸镁治疗躁狂症的疗效及副反应。方法用丙戊酸镁与碳酸锂对照治疗躁狂症１１８例。采用躁狂量表（ＢＲＭＳ）、临床疗效总评量表（ＣＧＩ）及副反应量表（ＴＥＳＳ）评定疗效及副反应。结果两组疗效近似，治疗后ＢＲＭＳ总分减分率及各因子分明显低于疗前。丙戊酸镁的副反应以口干、恶心、心动过速为主，与碳酸锂近似，镇静作用较碳酸锂弱。结论丙戊酸镁对躁狂症有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of magnesium valproate in the treatment of mania. Methods 118 cases of mania were treated with magnesium valproate and lithium carbonate. The efficacy and side effects were assessed using BRMS, CGI and TESS. Results The curative effect of two groups were similar, the total score of BRMS after treatment and the scores of each factor were significantly lower than those before treatment. Vice side effects of magnesium valproate dry mouth, nausea, tachycardia-based, similar to lithium carbonate, sedation than lithium carbonate weak. Conclusion Magnesium valproate has a good effect on mania.
