目的:研究吲哚美辛(Ind)对关节损伤的影响.方法:检测佐剂性关节炎大鼠(AA)非致炎侧后足爪容积,LPS诱导腹腔巨噬细胞和关节滑膜细胞产生白细胞介素1(IL1),以及兔滑膜成纤维细胞增殖反应和软骨蛋白多糖的合成.结果:Ind2mg·kg-1·d-1ig9d,可抑制AA大鼠d18,d21,和d24继发炎症反应,但促进巨噬细胞和滑膜细胞分泌IL1.Ind10μmol·L-1体外分别促进IL1诱导兔滑膜成纤维细胞增殖反应以及抑制关节软骨蛋白多糖合成.结论:Ind不利于关节损伤的修复.
Objective: To study the effect of indomethacin (AD) on joint injury. Methods: The volume of paws of non-inflammation side of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats was measured. LPS induced interleukin-1 (IL-1) production in peritoneal macrophages and synovial cells, Fibroblast Proliferation and Synthesis of Cartilage Proteoglycan. Results: Ind2mg · kg-1 · d-1ig9d inhibited the secondary inflammation of d18, d21 and d24 in AA rats, but promoted the secretion of IL1 by macrophages and synovial cells. Ind10μmol·L-1 in vitro to promote IL 1 induced rabbit synovial fibroblasts proliferation and inhibition of articular cartilage proteoglycan synthesis. Conclusion: Ind is not conducive to the repair of joint injuries.
