随着新时期社会的转型发展,新的社会事务和社会问题不断出现,青年呈现出的新特点和新变化所引发的青年新问题成为基层社会管理创新中的焦点与难点。长期以来,共青团在服务青年、服务社会工作方面积累了许多经验,共青团组织阵地也是基层社会管理创新的重要领域。通过分析研究近年来共青团的工作实践,全面加强团的自身建设、创新青少年思想引导、服务青年创新创业创优、扩大团的工作领域,应是当前共青团推进基层社会管理创新的重要切入点。
