近年来,国际社会为视障者获取和利用作品的版权立法活动日渐活跃,呈现出在若干重大问题上版权立场协调化的发展趋势,从而创造了图书馆向视障者提供文献信息服务的更加有利的法律条件。在我国现行法律框架内,图书馆为视障者服务遇到了诸多版权障碍。应该以《马拉喀什条约》的缔结为契机,学习借鉴相关国家的有益做法和经验,创新我国版权法律制度。
