据2006年统计数据显示,目前中国有1000多万家中小企业,占企业总数的99%强,而其中实施ERP的不足4%,这个比例远远低于欧洲68%的平均水平,甚至不及许多发展中国家。[1](72)可见,国内中小企业的信息化管理水平非常低。而中小企业要真正迈入信息化时代,除了需要软件开发商的先导性努力与管理学家的针对性引导,更需要企业管理者自身的不懈努力与追求。面对不断翻新的信息系统软件的诱惑以及风起云涌的竞争对手的挑战,在以ERP为代表的信息化项目面前,中小企业的管理者该有自己的决策了。
According to 2006 statistics, there are currently over 10 million SMEs in China, accounting for more than 99% of the total number of enterprises, of which less than 4% of ERP implementation is far below the average of 68% in Europe, or even less than many Developing countries. [1] (72) shows that the domestic SME’s information management level is very low. The SMEs to truly enter the information age, in addition to the need for the pioneering efforts of software developers and management experts targeted guidance, but also the business managers need their own untiring efforts and the pursuit. Faced with the temptation of constantly refurbished information system software and the surging rival challenges, in the face of information technology projects represented by ERP, SME managers should have their own decisions.
