目的探讨聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选择某院2010年8月～2011年6月60例大隐静脉曲张的患者,进行泡沫硬化剂联合高位结扎术治疗,观察术后恢复时间、大隐静脉主干闭塞率、并发症等临床效果。结果 60条患肢均在术中行高位结扎和注射泡沫硬化剂,平均每条患肢应用6.5ml泡沫硬化剂。术后平均观察4d出院,60条大隐静脉主干治疗后6个月随访,彩色多普勒超声检查及临床查体,可见85%(51/60)大隐静脉主干闭塞,下肢明显的曲张畸形静脉消失。皮肤色素沉着10例,血栓性静脉炎3例,局部用药,2周内缓解。结论聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂联合高位结扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张具有术后恢复快、有效、安全的微创方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy in treatment of varicosities of great saphenous vein. Methods Sixty patients with major saphenous vein from August 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were treated with foam sclerotherapy combined with high ligation. The clinical effects of postoperative recovery time, main occlusion rate of saphenous vein and complications were observed . Results All the 60 limbs underwent high ligation and injection of foam sclerosing agent during operation. On average, 6.5ml foam sclerosing agent was applied to each limb. Postoperative average 4 days after discharge, 60 cases of saphenous vein after 6 months of follow-up, color Doppler ultrasound examination and clinical examination showed 85% (51/60) of the main saphenous vein occlusion, lower extremity obvious varicosity Veins disappear. Skin pigmentation in 10 cases, thrombophlebitis in 3 cases, local medication, 2 weeks to ease. Conclusion Lauryl alcohol sclerosant combined with high ligation in the treatment of great saphenous vein varicose veins with postoperative recovery is quick, effective and safe minimally invasive method.
